Between Toulon and Saint-Tropez is located Hyères-les-Palmiers that offers to its guests a protected place on the Mediterranean. More than 300 days in the year you can enjoy the dun and visitg the medieval city centre of Hyères where you can discover the charme of a provencal village. The Peninsula Giens and its beaches are as famous as Les Salins and l´Ayguade. But Hyères offers much more than just sandy beaches: the harbour with its entertainment program. From La Tour Fondue on the Peninsula Giens you can go by boat to the isles of Hyères. The churches, archeological sites, the museums and the old city centre offer the ideal ingredients for a cultural tour. For relaxing you can visit the parks and gardens. The typical market takes place every Tuesday morning in the city centre. A market of biological products takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning. The festivals of Hyères:
